“This is my graduation picture from Palmer College of Chiropractic. I’ve always known that I wanted to be a business owner. I am a chiropractor in an entrepreneur’s body—I knew I wanted to own my own business. I wanted to pick something that I believed in and could help people.”

“Our first office opened November 2015 in downtown Greenville, and we opened our Greer office in March 2020, the week COVID started. I saw my life flash before my eyes—I thought we weren’t going to make it. We started Million Dollar Chiro in 2024. This is a passion project for me. I can help chiropractors make at least $1 million in collections in their clinics. I’ve done it here.”

“Million Dollar Chiro is a coaching and consulting business. We have an online course and podcast that started in 2024. We now have a podcast studio, but we used to do the podcast in here. This photo of me is from the beginning. Every time that we would film, we would take out all the furniture out and move it back in. This image is when we moved from my office to the basement, which was an ‘upgrade’ at the time.”

“The critics were never in the arena. There are people that don’t even try. If you try and fail, at least you tried. It doesn’t always work out—but part of learning and growing is failure. Failure can’t be an option—but that is reality sometimes.”

Flower The Formative Years

“I love working. When I was at Furman, I had four jobs—I worked in the library, waited tables, worked in a pharmacy. When I was in chiropractic school, I bartended and waited tables at an outdoor seafood restaurant called Boondocks.”

“I would go to school and leave early—because I was never going to be late to work, ever. I would work from 4 p.m. until midnight. From cash tips, I saved enough money to pay myself during the first years of starting my practice!”

I Am A Swiftie

“We went to the Eras Tour concert in Atlanta. In my opinion, Taylor Swift is one of the best singer-songwriters of our generation. I think she’s like a Dolly Parton or Bruce Springsteen.”

I Love to Travel

“I love to travel! My husband and I love San Francisco. We love the food there. The picture below is in the Outer Banks.”

“I love the ocean. The beach and ocean make me step back and realize that I am a tiny person. When I stand at the ocean, I am reminded to be grateful for what I have and to keep perspective.”

I Love
Interior Design

“My husband joked that I don’t have hobbies. I have realized I need outlets in my life! I love interior design. If I retire from this career, I would love to decorate spaces. I’ve done a lot of decorating in my house and offices. We owned a rental property at the beach, and this is one of the rooms in that house. I am now learning to hang wallpaper! It’s important for me to create spaces that feel good.”

Needlepoint

Needlepoint

“I love needlepoint. It helps me do something with my hands and create. I love using my hands—chiro means ‘by hand.’ I have a creative side. I just finished a sunset of Pawleys Island that I’ll make into a pillow.”

Mahjong

“My husband and I, together, have learned to play mahjong—the needlepoint stores I’d go to would offer mahjong classes. We took lessons, and we’ve started to play together. The more you play, the better you get. It’s great for your brain and social life! During my first 7–8 years of practice, I would come to work and then home and didn’t do much else. I had to be here all the time in the beginning. Now, I’m trying to find ways of getting out and have relationships with other people.”
